Availability

Attendance policy:

Your tuition pays for your spot in the classroom for up to 10 hours per day regardless if your child is in attendance or not. 

 

If your work is over a 30 minute drive from our school and no alternatives are available for child pickup to avoid the 10 hours daily attendance limit please discuss with the owner/director, Mrs. Becca.

 

If a child is at school for more than 10 hours without prior notification an additional charge of $5 for every 15 minutes over the daily 10 hours may be applied.

Part Time care is considered a regular schedule of 2 or 3 days a week. Part time care is taken into consideration on a case by case basis as availability allows. 3 Days a week rate is $140 a week and 2 days a week is $100/ week for potty trained children. For non-potty trained children $150 for 3 days and $120 for 2 days a week.

Payments:

Payments are due close of business Monday for that week's care. Payments may be made via Venmo, Check, Arch payment or Cash.

If you are unable to make your payment please discuss with the Owner/Director by 10am Tuesday to avoid late fees. If payment is not made by Tuesday close of business, and no plan has been made with the owner to make up payment, a $15 late fee will be applied to balance for each day payment is late.

If tuition falls behind by more than 2 weeks, students will not be allowed to attend the following week until tuition is paid in full. If tuition back pay is not paid in full within that week of non-attendance, due to non payment the childcare spot will be released to the next student on wait list and due tuition will be sent to claims.
